Frequently asked questions

What car is WMI WP0?

WP0 is a Porsche WMI. Every VIN beginning with WP0 was built by Porsche and decodes to that make.

What country is a WP0 VIN from?

The first character W places the manufacturer in Germany (Europe region) under the VIN standard.

Are these WP0 VINs real?

No. They are synthetically generated but checksum-valid and use the real WP0 WMI, so a decoder returns Porsche. No real vehicle's VIN is used.
